Clubhouse Manager
Sac Country Club is seeking a reliable, organized, and customer-focused Clubhouse Manager to oversee daily clubhouse operations. This role ensures smooth clubhouse service, supports events and golf operations, and helps maintain a positive experience for members and guests.
Please note, this is a salaried role, and priority will be given to candidates that are familiar with QuickBooks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily clubhouse operations and staff scheduling
- Oversee food and beverage service and inventory
- Coordinate clubhouse activities and golf outings/events
- Provide excellent customer service to members and guests
- Handle reservations, event coordination, and point-of-sale operations
- Manage accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) functions
- Assist with hiring, training, and supervising clubhouse staff
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of clubhouse facilities
- Work with the Board and Grounds Manager to ensure smooth overall club operations
Qualifications:
- QuickBooks experience a plus***
- Customer service or hospitality experience preferred
- Leadership or management experience helpful
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and during golf season events
- Basic computer and point-of-sale knowledge preferred
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Compensation:
Compensation (salary) is competitive and based on experience. Seasonal flexibility and additional bonuses are available.
