Shop Assistant (PT)

About the Role:
Tanso Golf is looking for a Part-Time Shop Assistant to join our growing team. We are a new golf equipment company focused on forged irons and wedges, built around an innovative direct-to-golfer business model. Responsibilities:
- Assist the Club Build team with order prep and fulfillment
- Grip installation
- Receive and organize incoming components
- Pack and ship completed customer orders
- Maintain high-quality standards and an organized workspace
- Other general duties as assigned

Qualifications:
- Detail-oriented and quality-focused
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Experience using basic shop tools (sanders, saws, hand tools, etc.)
- Solid computer skills
- Strong work ethic and ability to learn quickly
- Comfortable interacting with customers when needed
- Preferred: 1+ year golf retail experience, or general golf experience
